Children in Foundation Stage were thrilled to hear Miss Webster read ‘Room On The Broom’ when she officially opened its new outdoor Story Corner. Adorning the corner is a fabulous bespoke storytelling chair which was designed and made by David Friend especially for the school. Mr Friend kindly donated his time and expertise free of charge and asked that a donation be made to The Aplastic Anaemia Trust in lieu of the cost of materials.
We now offer an after school club until 5.30pm to help families who need longer child care hours. At the club the children will have the opportunity to try lots of different activities including arts and crafts, board games, construction, music and drama.
The club is led by Mrs Wilkinson and Mrs Walton .If you are interested, please come to the office to find out more information or click the links below to download a registration form and terms and conditions.

Last year, year six designed and created two friendship benches, one for each playground. If any child does not have anyone to play with at break time, they can sit on the bench and other children will ask them to join in with their games.
We think they look great!
